After an extremely successful year playing on some of the hottest trance stages in the global scene, Triceradrops is back with an all new EP entitled 'Repulsion.' The EP consists of three brand new original tracks which embody the unique sound of Tricerdrops, fusing influences of psytrance, dark techno, and metal into a musical soup unlike anybody else in the scene today. Always striving for greater sound quality, higher level textures, and unique twists, these tracks all deliver as expected - and unexpected! The release titled, 'Repulsion' hits hard with a droney unstoppable vibe, thumping bass grooves, dark ethereal atmospheres, and ripping psychedelic textures and effects. The influence of dark, heads-down techno in this track are clear - but framed with the groove and polish of psychedelic trance. Next up, the long awaited 'Engineering The Dead' is driven by more funky, pumping techie grooves that leave plenty of room for unique story elements, haunting soundscapes, and minimalistic but powerful melodic expression. The dissonant frequencies create a rich, dark, and emotional journey. The EP finishes off with an ugly and powerful remix to fellow artist HEFTY's track, 'Hate and Destruction.' This track is pure and driving. Starting with an unstoppable dirty sounding bassline, and tension raising textures, percussion, and atmospheres - this track conveys a frantic vibe designed to absolutely destroy dance floors! The vibe is dark, powerful, and grimey from beginning to end.
